The rubber cover should be selected by taking into account the type of material to be handled and the operating condition of the belt. Conveyor belting is available in the following grades and ranging from 150 mm to 2500 mm with Moulded edge 'ME' construction for Cotton Belts and Cut edge construction 'CE' for Nylon & EP Belts in open or endless lengths.


Food Grade (Hygienic) Conveyor Belts

Food Grade Conveyors Belts are widely used in food industry to carry vegetable, Fruits, Meat, fish, bakery etc. These belts are made from natural rubber, special raw material, Chemicals and without Carbon. These belts do not transfer any odour or colour to the conveying products.

    • These belts with white rubber covers do not impart odour and do not stain the materials to be conveyed and thus are particularly suitable for food processing and pharmaceuticals industries. These belts are manufactured with FDA approved polymers and are available in high abrasion resistant / antistatic / oil resistant cover grades.
