COVER GRADE & APPLICATIONS: -
The rubber cover should be selected by taking into account the type of material to be handled and the operating condition of the belt. Conveyor belting is available in the following grades and ranging from 150 mm to 2500 mm with Moulded edge 'ME' construction for Cotton Belts and Cut edge construction 'CE' for Nylon & EP Belts in open or endless lengths.
General Purpose Conveyor Belts are suitable for light to heavy-duty bulk handling applications where resistance to abrasion, impact, slicing and gouging is required. Top and bottom rubber cover compounds are comprised of different polymers and fillers, which offer resistance to abrasion and impact to provide maximum protection for the belt carcass. These General Purpose Belts provide high operational reliability and durability.
Moderately abrasive and non abrasive materials.
